The all-new 2015 Escalade has a unique exterior that is elegant and stylish. The full LED headlamps incorporate the first Total Internal Reflection high beam function which has four vertically layered crystal lenses that give of a diamond-look impression. The tall and thin vertical LED tail lamps extend from the top of the Escalade to the bottom rear bumper. They are long lasting lights and they use less power than an incandescent light bulb. This feature warns the driver behind at a faster time which gives them an extra amount of time to react when needed.
There are side assistance steps which come standard in the 2015 Escalade models and are power-retractable with a light-pipe that illuminates the area where you step. The all new Escalade ESV has an all-new 6.2-liter V8 engine that has 420 hp and 460 lb-ft or torque (623 Nm). The large amount of torque brings a power-house that delivers power on demand and is capable of towing with assurance. The engine works together with a Hydra-Matic 6L80 6-speed automatic transmission with an enhanced Tap Shift control.
The 2015 Escalade ESV has a direct injecting active fuel management. This is known as cylinder deactivation. It’s designed to make the most of its power, torque and efficiency on the rpm band.
