2015 Dacia Sandero – Affordable and Economical
The Dacia Sandero has always been a car that’s geared towards drivers that prefer a car that is easy on the wallet and has good value. The 2015 Dacia Sandero has always been a car that seemed outdated compared to its competitors. The interior is somewhat basic and doesn’t give a flare of excitement to the driver. But this doesn’t matter because the Sandero has always been designed to last.
The all-new 2015 Dacia Sandero is one of Renault’s cheapest supermini car that is meant for practical use. It comes in three trim levels – Access, Ambiance and Laureate. The Access trim provides the driver with the basic items that come in an everyday car. In order to have a radio, an additional price has to be paid.
The Ambiance and Laureate trim levels are the most common choices for the 2015 Dacia Sandero in that they include basic features i.e. electric windows, a radio, Bluetooth, SAT/NAV (Laureate) and USB ports for portable devices. The Laureate comes with these features but with additional items such as air-conditioning, side mirrors that are electrically adjustable and a cruise control function. For a car that is priced at less than $10,000, the Dacia Sandero comes with many features that offer great value and reliability.
The all new Dacia Sandero’s exterior design wasn’t compromised in any bit. The 2015 Dacia Sandero has lines that show simplicity and flair towards the car’s style. Each trim level includes distinct exterior parts from the others. The basic level Access includes stock model wheels and doesn’t include any type of painted art on the bumpers. It isn’t meant to be glamorous, but nonetheless it still portrays a subtle appeal.
The mid-trim level Ambiance model has color on the bumpers and includes plastic rims on the wheels. The top level Laureate has the most to offer. It includes a chrome grille, fog lights, colored bumpers and alloy wheels with sleek designs that are available.
Going inside a 2015 Dacia Sandero, the parts in the interior feel plastic and hint at a budget that the car was produced by. Going from the Access level to the top Laureate trim, there are more features that are added on to the vehicle. In order to get the best of both worlds, the Laureate level is the most chosen due to the standard features that included i.e. air-conditioning, cruise control and other technological items. No matter which level is chosen, the car still has a plastic feel to it.
Dacia has included a 0.9-liter engine that outputs 90 hp which stands on the budget principles that Dacia stands on. There’s also a 1.5-liter diesel engine that gives more miles per gallon and produces less CO2 emissions than the prior. All three different engines provide a great performance when driving around a town area, but feel a bit lacking in power when it comes to high speed driving.
The 2015 Dacia Sandero has a soft suspension during low speeds and feels stable when driving at a constant speed. The different engine levels bring the 0 – 60 mph speeds of the Sandero to a range of 11.0 -12.0 seconds in respect to the trim levels from Access to Laureate.
The 2015 Dacia Sandero provides a car that is practical and simple for a low price and a low cost of maintenance. There are some compromises that are made but nonetheless it’s an excellent car for the everyday use.
